Meet the Team

I am originally from Ayrshire in Scotland and qualified at Edinburgh University in 1991. Before moving south I was a GP Principal in Livingstone in Scotland and also trained in Public Health Medicine.

I joined Kings Corner in 2002 and have loved working here ever since. I enjoy all aspects of General Practice. My particular interest is women’s health including the menopause and gynaecology.

I am also the practice Caldicott Guardian and Information Governance Lead.

I also work as a Clinical Lead at the Frimley Integrated Care Board  and provide the clinical leadership in help to improve and redesign services across the Frimley geography, in services such as urgent care and stroke. 

I live locally in Bracknell with my husband and Morag the cat.  When not working I am a huge rugby supporter and spend my time watching both Harlequins and Scotland.

I have been at Kings Corner since 2003. It is a privilege to be part of the local community and I thoroughly enjoy the challenge.

I trained at the Royal Free Hospital Medical School in London, graduating in 1998, and then went on to do my GP training in the Watford area.

I am enthusiastic about all aspects of general practice work. My interests include women’s health including obstetrics and contraception.

I am married with 2 children – born in 2007 and 2012.

I have been a GP since qualifying in 2005. I trained as a GP in Cambridgeshire after completing my medical training at Kings College in London.

I am passionate about General Practice and the holistic principles it encompasses. General Practice has become increasingly difficult in the new world however I enjoy the challenge.

I have a particular interest in Diabetes and Training doctors, but also perform Minor Surgery and lead the practice on Care of Older People.

I have 4 children who love to keep me busy outside work!

I joined Kings Corner Surgery as a Partner in 2012 and have never looked back.

I graduated from University of Leeds in 2013 and completed my foundation year training in Yorkshire before moving down south.

I trained as a GP under the Windsor VTS scheme and later qualified as a GP Trainer in 2024.

My interest include women’s health and palliative care.
