Important Notice from NHS England
Please note that, if you are aged between 50 and 64 and not in a clinical at risk group, the earliest you will be offered a flu vaccination is November/December 2020, providing there is sufficient vaccine. No appointments will be offered for people in this age group until then. This is to ensure that those who are most at risk are vaccinated first.
If you eligible for a flu vaccination i.e. you are in a clinical ‘at risk’ group, aged 65 and over or pregnant appointments are available to book now.
For details about who is eligible for the flu vaccination please visit:-
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/vaccinations/who-should-have-flu-vaccine/
Flu appointments can be made online via Patient Access. If you haven’t already signed up for online access please contact the surgery or register online. When booking online please ensure that you book into the correct flu appointment (i.e. over or under 65 years of age) as the vaccine differs according to age. Alternatively you can telephone the surgery.
