It helps us as a practice understand the individual needs of our patients based on their health and wellbeing to support personalised care and ensures you get the right support in a timely way.
Community Events
A new community database and map has been launched to help connect residents with local events, activities, community groups and venues, designed to give residents a better understanding of what is going on across the borough. They can search for information by location, category, and keyword.
One of the key aims of the database is to help combat loneliness, particularly for older people and their carers.
