Alert: Important Update:

From 16th October 2025, all appointment requests will be managed through eConsult, with the exception of routine nursing appointments. This means that all appointment requests must now be submitted via our online consultation tool, eConsult.

The reason for this change is to help the practice to better prioritise patient care needs and ensure that every patient is directed to the most appropriate care as quickly and safely as possible.

If you are unable to complete an eConsult online form, don’t worry. You can still call us, and a member of our dedicated patient advisor team will help complete it for you over the phone.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we continue to improve access to care.
